Please submit a tech support request ticket by logging into Incident IQ. You may submit a ticket for yourself, or on behalf of a student/guardian. You will receive an immediate confirmation that your ticket has been received and is in our queue.

Tech Ticket Tips

Following these tips will help the Tech Team work most efficiently to solve your problem.

  • Submit a new ticket for each new unique issue, but do not submit new tickets for issues that you have already contacted Tech Help about. Instead, reply to the relevant original email thread.
  • Parent having a tech issue? They can submit a ticket through http://techhelp.pacificcoastacademy.org, or you may submit a ticket on their behalf by logging into https://pca.incidentiq.com.
