23.6 Staff Evaluations

2025 - 2026 staff evaluations will be done through Paycom.

Staff Members who need to participate in 25-26 evaluations fall into one of the following categories:

• Did not receive an evaluation for the 24-25 school year
• Accepted a new position this school year or during the 2nd semester of the previous school year
• Received a score of 2.7 and below on their 24-25 evaluation
• Are currently on a Coaching or PIP and require an evaluation

Employee self-evaluations begin in February 2026.
