Learning Record meetings are held with each family once every 20 school days. Meetings must be held in-person every other Learning Period, with virtual meetings the alternate Learning Periods. These meetings should be held at a mutually agreed upon location.

During the Learning Record meeting the Homeschool Teacher and family will discuss the learning that has taken place the previous learning period, collect samples (if they have not already been received), provide curriculum support, discuss curriculum orders, updates about testing both in-house testing and state testing, update the Assignment & Work Record, discuss goals and assign work for the next learning period and answer any other questions that the family may have.

Learning Record meetings are scheduled for 60 minutes or longer for students and families with more complex needs such as a student in High School or a student with an IEP.

Students with IEP's, 504 and SST plans will require additional meeting attendance by the Homeschool Teacher at various times throughout the school year. These meetings are in addition to the regularly scheduled monthly Learning Record meetings.
