An Incident should be created in Educlimber to alert the Student Support Team of this need. Once the Incident has been received, the Learning Coach and HST will be contacted with next steps.

Monitoring Tier 2 SEL Support

Each week student progress will be monitored by the SEL Team. Attendance and progress will by reported in Educlimber. At the end of the intervention period, further recommendations will be made based on student progress.
