HST Handbook
District English Learner Advisory Committee works together to advise the Executive Director, Director of ELD and other staff on issues pertaining to English Learners (ELs), foster a better involvement of EL parents, thereby increasing academic achievement of the EL population, assist in the development of the school's needs assessment and provides input on formal plans, such as WASC self-study and LCAP.
