Stipends for planning and teaching Art in Motion events:

$750 per lesson (includes planning time and creating a sample)

* Stipends paid at the end of each semester

Steps for teaching an Art in Motion Lesson

  1. Submit initial survey request HERE
    **Please make sure the days/times you propose do not interfere with any mandatory events/meetings.
    **Proposed date(s) must be at least 8 weeks in advance to give Art in Motion leads time to process requests.
  1. Wait to receive an approval “Welcome” email from Art in Motion.
  2. Complete “Art in Motion Lesson Details” (Document shared with you in approval email)
  3. Share the “Art in Motion Lesson Details” with the Art in Motion leads once it has been completed. This needs to be completed within 5 days of receiving the approval email from AIM team. This spreadsheet must be completed at least 4 weeks prior to your event date to ensure all materials have been received and event space confirmed. This will allow for FTE to post your event and give families time to register. *The link to this spreadsheet is shared with you in the approval email.
  4. One week before your event, email event attendees with a reminder. Make sure to include the flier and any other details you feel are important to share. CC artinmotion@ on this email. *The Email template for attendees was shared with you in the approval/ Welcome email you received.
  5. In order to receive payment, upon the completion of your lesson, submit the Art in Motion Lesson Completion Survey HERE.

*Payments are made at the end of each respective semester.
