Important Updates/Reminders:
- Mar 20 - Spark Learning ordering closes at 5PM
- Click here for the Secondary Ed. HQT Programs COS Timeline
- Apr 15 - 22 - HSTs place Choice Plus Academy orders in the COS, ordering the course but not the section. Orders will be placed under the 25/26 school year designation. The deadline for placing orders in the COS is April 22 by 5:00 PM.
- May 4 - Students' Choice Plus Academy schedules will be emailed to HSTs to share with their families.
- May 4 - 18 - HSTs work with families to review the provided schedules and make a list of requested changes in preparation for the COS re-opening.
- May 7 - Ordering reopens for Spark Online Learning for fall classes
- May 11 - HSTs may begin canceling Choice Plus Academy classes in the COS that their students do not want
- Week of May 11 - Edgenuity HQT and Packet Program ordering opens in the COS.
- Week of May 18 - Re-open the COS for Choice Plus Academy. New classes and different sections can be ordered as necessary.
- June 9 - COS closes for the summer.
- Week of July 27 - COS re-opens. Dates and times TBD.

Refund Information for In-House Curriculum Courses:
Submit course cancellation requests by following these instructions.
In-house curricula will be cancelled/refunded in accordance with the cancellation policies for each specific curriculum. Cancellation requests should be submitted in a timely manner and allow sufficient time for processing (late requests cannot be refunded - no exceptions).
- Accelerate Education - NO REFUND
- ALEKS Math - NO REFUND
- Choice Plus Academy - Full refund if requested by the end of LP1 for the fall semester or by the end of LP5 for the spring semester
- HQT Edgenuity - Full refund if requested by the end of LP1 for the fall semester or by the end of LP5 for the spring semester
- HQT Packet Program (Starline) - $125 refund available if requested by the end of LP1 for the fall semester or by the end of LP5 for the spring semester
- K12 - NO REFUND
- Skyrocket Education - NO REFUND
- Spark Program - 14 consecutive calendar day cancellation window. The 14 day window starts the first day the student has access to the class
- Success Squads - 7 consecutive calendar day cancellation window. The 7 day window starts the first day the student has access to the class
