Students who are 18+/Students that have a Learning Coach

Need to be discussed with legal guardian or 18+students*:

Can be discussed with learning coaches and parents of 18+ year old students:

Enrollment (re-enroll, withdrawal)

Schedule changes (course add/drops)

Compliance Concerns

Anything related to an IEP

Course progress/Grades

Scheduling LP meetings and other events

“Extras” such as field trips, state testing, etc.

  • Please note that if the parent or students who is 18+ has requested the involvement of other is in writing, it’s fine for them to be included in these conversations, but the decisions ultimately remain the the 18+ year old student/legal guardian (for those under 18)
