Pension 2 Retirement
All Staff members have the option to participate in a 403b and/or 457b plan through Pension2 through CalSTRS. Pension2 through CalSTRS does not replace your CalSTRS retirement account but is an additional retirement option. The school will match 100% of your 403b contributions up to a maximum of 5% of your annual base salary. Full-Time Teachers
Paycom is our Employee Human Resources Information System. One of its primary uses is to process payroll. Therefore, you will use Paycom to register for benefits, request time off, and update your tax withholding. Please visit the SoCal Collab Support Site for Paycom training resources.
Part-Time Teachers
You will also use Paycom to request time off, as well as clock in and clock out for your position. Please visit the SoCal Collab Support Site for Paycom training resources.
