How To Review Grid Logs Before Claiming Attendance

CLAIMING ATTENDANCE How To Claim Attendance

1. Avoid discrepancies between student's attendance Log and your claimed attendance
2. Please make note of days the family did not check. The school CANNOT claim those days as present
3. Attendance Logs cannot be dated before the last day of the Learning Period
4. When missing a student attendance log and/or work samples, mark the student absent for the entire learning period

Signing and Archiving Modified Attendance Forms

When your signed attendance roster is modified, a new form must be printed, signed and archived. Reach out to your Compliance Department with any questions.
